Working with Boo Creative Studio – What to Expect

To get the best out of working with Boo Creative Studio, we ask that you come ready to get involved with the process. Whether you’re looking for a brand new website, want to give your current one a bit of a glow-up, or need a fresh approach to your social media, we’re excited to help you bring it all to life.

Here’s what you need to know before we get started:

Your Ideas and Inspiration

Before we dive in, we’ll need a few details about your business and what you’re aiming for. It really helps if you can send over your ideas, inspirations, preferred colours, and any images you’d love us to include. Mood boards or any visual references (including links to photos on Instagram, Facebook or elsewhere) are brilliant for helping us get a feel for your style.

Quotes and Payments

Once you’ve chosen a service package or received a custom quote from us, and you are ready to go ahead, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to kick off the project.
The remaining balance will be due on the day we complete the work, just before we hand over any digital files or transfer your new website.

Invoicing and File Handover

When everything’s finished, we’ll send you an invoice. Please note, all outstanding payments must be cleared before we release any files or finalise your website transfer.

Ongoing Management

If you’re signing up for regular social media or website management, we bill monthly. Your first month’s payment will need to be made upfront to get everything rolling.

If you ever need extra support outside of what we’ve agreed (such as additional hours for updates or campaigns), these will be charged at £35 per hour.
